| (a) | Payment can only be made after 3 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). |

| (b) | All payment must be made in full. Partial or late payment received in any form will be returned to you and the offer of composition is deemed to have been withdrawn. |

| (c) | Cheque, money order or postal order should be crossed and made payable to “National Environment Agency” and sent to the Finance Department, National Environment Agency, 40 Scotts Road, Environment Building, Singapore 228231. The Notice to Attend Court must accompany the payment. Please write your name, NRIC/ID/Passport No. and Notice No. on the reverse side of your cheque, money order or postal order. |

| (d) | Payment may be made through any AXS station. |

| (e) | Payment by cash, NETS or CashCard may be made at the NEA Customer Service Centre at the Environment Building, 40 Scotts Road, Singapore 228231 between 9 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. from Mondays to Fridays and between 9 a.m. and 12 noon on Saturdays excluding all public holidays. Payment by NETS or CashCard would be preferred. |
